A Nature paper on invasion and the evolution of speed in toads. The companion cites it for the cane toad's invasion front in Australia, which sped up about fivefold, showing that invasion fronts select for dispersal. It supports premise 5 of the long arc (C3): expansion needs only one lineage selected to spread.
