Anthropic's report on the second phase of Project Vend. The companion cites it, with the first report, for the finding that the Claude-run shop had largely eliminated its loss-making weeks by late 2025. It is a directed, subsidized instance of earning, short of the trophic independence that would make a lineage self-financing.
