The Planck 2018 results on cosmological parameters. The companion cites it, with Armstrong and Sandberg, for limits on the long arc's prize: dark matter and dark energy, 95% of the cosmic budget, are unusable by any known process, and stars shine away less than 1% of their mass. It is part of how physics bounds conjecture C3.
